Notice of Record Date for Determination of Shareholders Entitled to Exercise Rights at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

Pursuant to Article 354 of the Korean Commercial Act and Article 16 of the Articles of Incorporation of the Company, 

notice is hereby given that June 26, 2026 (Friday) has been designated as the record date for determining the shareholders 

who shall be entitled to exercise their rights at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held in July 2026.
